Iron Honor finished in second place, 1 1/4 lengths behind the winner. Chip Honcho and Ocelli rounded out the top four.
Napoleon Solo came into the race at 10-1 odds to win. Pre-race favorite Taj Mahal wasn't a factor, finishing 13 3/4 lengths back.

Kentucky Derby winner Golden Tempo did not run in this year's Preakness, forgoing a shot at the Triple Crown.
This was the first and only year that the Preakness took place at Laurel Park due to renovations at Baltimore's Pimlico Racetrack. The race will return to its traditional home next year.
