Chicago Cubs star outfielder Pete Crow-Armstrong joined baseball royalty Thursday by recording the seventh season with at least 40 homers and 40 stolen bases in MLB history.
He's the first Cubs player in the 40-40 club.

The 24-year-old achieved the historic feat by swiping his 40th bag of the season in the first inning against the Miami Marlins. He eclipsed the homer threshold earlier this year and had 45 dingers entering play Thursday.

Crow-Armstrong leads MLB this season with 10.6 WAR, according to FanGraphs.
