Police: Malkin's Stanley Cup rings located inside home

Allegheny County Police announced Thursday that Evgeni Malkin's three missing Stanley Cup rings have been located in his home following a burglary last weekend.
The investigation remains ongoing.
Malkin discovered his house was broken into after he returned home from a Jan. 11 game against the Ottawa Senators. He confirmed to The Athletic's Rob Rossi and Alex Andrejev that his championship rings from 2009, 2016, and 2017 were gone early Wednesday morning after news of the burglary first became public.
Numerous high-profile athlete's homes have been targeted in recent months. NFL stars Patrick Mahomes, Travis Kelce, and Joe Burrow have each dealt with burglaries in 2024.
Malkin has spent his entire 19-year NHL career with the Penguins.
