Toronto Maple Leafs forward Matthew Knies was not in the lineup for Tuesday's 3-2 overtime win against the St. Louis Blues due to a lower-body injury.
Knies is considered day-to-day, the team announced prior to the game.
He's the latest member of the team to go down with an injury, joining Auston Matthews, Nicolas Roy, Scott Laughton, Chris Tanev, Brandon Carlo, and Anthony Stolarz on the shelf.
Knies has been a key contributor for Toronto this season, ranking third on the team with 22 points in 19 games.
