Ronaldo, who joined Al-Nassr at the end of 2022, is widely considered the highest-paid athlete in the world. He earned $275 million in 2025, according to Forbes.
The forward is set to represent Portugal this summer for a record sixth World Cup campaign. He's already scored over 100 goals in three-and-a-half seasons with Al-Nassr.
Ronaldo's current boss in Saudi Arabia is Portuguese veteran Jorge Jesus, who succeeded Stefano Pioli at Al-Nassr last July. Jesus' side finished the campaign with the most goals (91) and five more points than its nearest challengers, Riyadh rivals Al-Hilal.
