The Baltimore Orioles and right-handed pitcher Zach Eflin have agreed to a new one-year, $10-million deal, Jon Heyman of the New York Post reports.
The deal includes a mutual option for 2027, Andy Kostka of the Baltimore Banner adds.
Eflin, 31, spent the previous season and a half with the O's after being acquired from the division-rival Tampa Bay Rays prior to the 2024 trade deadline.
The righty posted a 5.93 ERA and 5.64 FIP over 71 1/3 innings this past season while missing time due to back injuries.
Over his 10-season career, Eflin possesses a 4.28 ERA and 4.13 FIP in 188 starts and 12 relief appearances.
Eflin rejoins the back of an Orioles rotation led by Trevor Rogers, Kyle Bradish, Dean Kremer, and newly acquired Shane Baz.
