Sacramento Kings star Domantas Sabonis will miss at least three-to-four weeks after an MRI revealed a partially torn meniscus in his left knee, the team announced Thursday.
Sabonis experienced knee soreness following Sunday's matchup against the San Antonio Spurs and then sat out Wednesday's loss to the Oklahoma City Thunder.
Sabonis has battled multiple injuries early in the campaign. The three-time All-Star injured his hamstring during the preseason and missed two games earlier in November with a rib cage contusion.
He's averaging 17.2 points, 12.3 rebounds, and 3.7 assists across 11 appearances this season.
Sacramento has dropped seven straight games and sits second-last in the Western Conference.
