Free-agent forward Kyle Anderson and the Toronto Raptors agreed to a one-year, $3.9-million contract, sources told ESPN's Shams Charania.

Anderson provides depth for the Raptors and will reunite with former San Antonio Spurs teammate Kawhi Leonard, whom Toronto acquired in a trade with the Los Angeles Clippers earlier this week.

Anderson played in 43 contests last season, shooting 53% from the field and averaging 6.8 points per game. The 32-year-old ended the season with the Minnesota Timberwolves but also spent time with the Utah Jazz and Memphis Grizzlies.

The upcoming campaign will be Anderson's 13th as an NBA pro. His best season was 2020-21, when he averaged a career-high 12.4 points per game with Memphis.
