The Dallas Mavericks signed forward Naji Marshall to a three-year, $52.2-million contract extension, sources told ESPN's Shams Charania.
Marshall's deal is fully guaranteed and keeps him under contract through the 2029-30 campaign, adds Charania.
He'll earn $18.2 million in 2027-28, $17.3 million in 2028-29, and $16.7 million in the final year of his contract, sources told NBA insider Marc Stein.
The 28-year-old is coming off a breakout campaign during which he averaged a career-high 15.2 points, 4.7 boards, 3.3 assists, and 1.1 steals across 74 appearances.
"Naji has earned this opportunity through the way he approaches the game every day," Mavericks president of basketball operations Masai Ujiri said in a statement. "He is a competitive player who impacts winning in a variety of ways. His versatility, toughness, and willingness to embrace every challenge make him an important part of what we're building."
Marshall went undrafted in 2020 following four collegiate seasons at Xavier. The 6-foot-6 forward spent his first four NBA campaigns with the New Orleans Pelicans.
Dallas signed Marshall to a three-year, $27-million contract in July 2024.
