The Seattle Seahawks are willing to trade backup quarterback Sam Howell, sources told ESPN's Jeremy Fowler and Brady Henderson.
The Seahawks are receiving interest in the backup signal-caller, Fowler and Henderson report.
Howell spent the 2024 campaign with Seattle after spending the first two seasons of his career with the Washington Commanders. He appeared in two games for the Seahawks, completing 5 of 14 passes for 24 yards and an interception.
The former fifth-rounder started 17 games for Washington in 2023. He threw for 3,946 yards, 21 touchdowns, and a league-high 21 interceptions with a 63.4% completion rate.
Howell is expected to be the Seahawks' No. 3 quarterback behind Sam Darnold and Drew Lock.
