The New York Jets made unfathomable NFL history in the 2025 season.

By not registering an interception in Week 18, the Jets became the first team in NFL history to collect zero picks throughout the course of a full season.

NFL interceptions were first tracked in 1933. The 2018 San Francisco 49ers had the lowest single-season number on record with two.

The Buffalo Bills mostly played backup quarterback Mitchell Trubisky against the Jets, but New York went home empty-handed after Sunday's 35-8 loss. Trubisky completed 22 of 29 pass attempts for 259 yards and four touchdowns.

The Jets hired Aaron Glenn - a former Pro Bowl cornerback and defensive coordinator - as head coach, but New York's defense fell well short of expectations. Glenn had 41 interceptions during his playing career, 24 of them as a member of the Jets from 1994-2001.

The Chicago Bears led the NFL with 23 defensive interceptions this season.
