Report: Ravens to interview Flores for coaching vacancy
The Baltimore Ravens plan to interview Minnesota Vikings defensive coordinator Brian Flores for their head coaching vacancy, sources told Jonathan Jones of CBS Sports.
The meeting is expected to take place next week, a source told Albert Breer of The MMQB. It's Flores' first reported interview this coaching cycle.
Baltimore instantly became the top coaching vacancy in the NFL after firing John Harbaugh following 18 seasons and one Super Bowl title.
The Ravens finished this season 8-9 and missed the playoffs. They've also reportedly shown interest in Miami Dolphins defensive coordinator Anthony Weaver, Seattle Seahawks offensive coordinator Klint Kubiak, Kansas City Chiefs offensive coordinator Matt Nagy, San Francisco 49ers defensive coordinator Robert Saleh, Denver Broncos defensive coordinator Vance Joseph, and Broncos quarterbacks coach Davis Webb.
Flores spent the past three seasons helping the Vikings build a strong defensive unit. Minnesota's defense ranked third in EPA/play in 2025, behind only the Seahawks and Houston Texans.
The 44-year-old Flores owns a 24-25 record as an NFL head coach after his three-year stint with the Dolphins from 2019-21.
