Report: Packers trading Wicks to Eagles
The Philadelphia Eagles are acquiring wide receiver Dontayvion Wicks from the Green Bay Packers for a 2026 fifth-round pick and a 2027 sixth-round selection, sources told ESPN's Adam Schefter.
Wicks will sign a one-year, $12.5-million extension with Philly, Schefter adds. The receiver had been in Green Bay since being selected in the fifth round of the 2023 draft, and he was entering the final year of his rookie contract.
The 24-year-old hauled in 30 receptions on 46 targets last season for 332 yards and two touchdowns. He's posted 108 catches for 1,328 yards and 11 scores in 46 games during his three-year career.
Philadelphia's also brought in receivers Marquise "Hollywood" Brown and Elijah Moore in the last month.
A.J. Brown, the Eagles' leading receiver over the last four seasons, has been the subject of trade rumors. Brown's contract becomes easier for Philly to move after June 1, so any potential trade would likely happen after that date, according to Schefter.
