Brunson named NBA Cup MVP
New York Knicks star Jalen Brunson was named MVP of the 2025 NBA Cup.
Brunson joins LeBron James and Giannis Antetokounmpo as the only winners of the award.
The All-Star guard averaged 33.3 points, 6.7 assists, and 3.7 rebounds during the tournament.

Brunson received 19 of 20 votes from a panel of media members, with teammate OG Anunoby earning the other vote.
The Villanova product also received two tallies from the fan vote, which counted for five votes.

Brunson tallied 25 points, eight assists, and four boards in Tuesday's championship match against the San Antonio Spurs. He scored six points in the fourth quarter to help the Knicks complete an 11-point comeback.
