Team owner Steve Bisciotti is eyeing a breakthrough for the Baltimore Ravens amid a 12-year Super Bowl drought.

"I want to win now," Bisciotti said during the NFL's annual owners meetings, according to team reporter Clifton Brown. "I want to win with these guys."

The Ravens have clinched a playoff spot in six of the past seven years but sport a 3-6 record in postseason competition. Baltimore hasn't advanced past the AFC Championship Game since winning Super Bowl XLVII against the San Francisco 49ers in 2013.

Quarterback Lamar Jackson turned in his best statistical season last year since joining the club in 2018. However, he's delivered uneven performances in the playoffs, going 3-5 and throwing 10 touchdowns and seven interceptions in eight postseason starts.

Bisciotti remains confident the two-time MVP quarterback is part of the solution in helping bring a third Lombardi Trophy to Baltimore.

"We've got a window with Lamar," Bisciotti said. "I know what we can do. I know that we worked to put ourselves in position to win. We all get credit for that. That's all you can do."

The Ravens owner explained that winning a title isn't just for Jackson or the other players on the roster, but rather for the organization as a whole.

"I don't like waiting 12 years, yet I'm respectful of the fact that I've got partners (owners) downstairs that still don't have one. Impatience is good for you. I think it's healthy to a degree because you know all of us still feel it," Bisciotti said.

The Ravens have rewarded key figures over the past couple of years in a quest to deliver a championship. Baltimore inked left tackle Ronnie Stanley to a three-year $60-milllion extension and agreed to a new deal with head coach John Harbaugh, who'll be on the sideline for his 18th season in 2025.
