Philadelphia Eagles tight end Dallas Goedert is likely to miss a few weeks after spraining his MCL in Sunday's 24-20 win against the Tennessee Titans, ESPN's Ian Rapoport and Adam Schefter report.
Goedert exited the game in the first half and didn't return. He finished the day with one reception for 4 yards on two targets.
The 31-year-old kicked off his ninth season with the Eagles by catching four passes for 77 yards and two touchdowns in Week 1's 24-22 victory over the Washington Commanders.
The Eagles will need to shuffle their roster with Goedert expected to be sidelined in the short term. Philadelphia was already playing without rookie Eli Stowers and Grant Calcaterra, who are on injured reserve. Johnny Mundt and E.J. Jenkins could see more snaps in the weeks to come, and Josiah Deguara is currently on the practice squad.
