The NFL fined San Francisco 49ers fullback Kyle Juszczyk $14,926 for pretending to chug a beer during a Week 2 victory over the Miami Dolphins, according to a letter from the league obtained by ESPN's Adam Schefter.
"Your imitation of chugging a beer constituted an offensive demonstration and could reasonably be construed as being in poor taste," the NFL wrote.
This is the first time Juszczyk has been disciplined for the celebration, which he's been doing since entering the NFL, Schefter added.
The fullback, who is appealing the decision, reacted to his fine on X.

Indianapolis Colts offensive lineman Matt Goncalves was also fined $8,847 by the league for a chugging celebration, according to Schefter.
A 14-year veteran and 10-time Pro Bowler, Juszczyk has spent the last 10 seasons with the 49ers.
