The Chiefs' receiving corps is finally healthy, and Mahomes is looking like an MVP candidate as a result. He's averaging 282 passing yards over his last four games. The Commanders allow the seventh-most passing yards per game, meaning Mahomes should have another huge outing on Monday Night Football.

⚾️ MLB Pick: Max Scherzer over 11.5 outs recorded (-160)

That clip of Scherzer yelling at manager John Schneider during a mound visit, saying he was good to keep pitching against the Mariners, went viral. He didn't earn the nickname "Mad Max" for nothing.

Scherzer is the ultimate competitor and will be locked in during what could be his last World Series start. Asking him to record 12 outs is not a tall task, and if he's on, he should easily close out the fourth inning.

🏀 NBA pick: Blazers (-2.5) @ Lakers

Austin Reaves' heroics carried the Lakers to a win over the lowly Kings on Sunday night, but Los Angeles' roster without LeBron James and Luka Doncic is one of the worst in the NBA. The Lakers took the short flight from Sacramento to Los Angeles last night and are playing on a back-to-back against a feisty Blazers group.

Portland is 1-2 but has played three of the top teams in the West. It competed against the Timberwolves and Clippers and defeated the Warriors. The Blazers have the NBA's seventh-best defense and will shut down a tired Lakers squad with limited shot-creators.

🏒 NHL pick: Penguins (+100) vs. Blues

The Penguins are one of the NHL's hottest teams, holding a 6-2-1 record. Sidney Crosby and Evgeni Malkin are turning back the clock with 11 and 14 points, respectively. Now they're slight underdogs at home against a mediocre Blues team? That's way too much value to pass up.
